We use only the best farm-raised Atlantic salmon and take great care in its preparation by generously hand-trimming each meaty loin individually before slow cold-smoking, using Maine fruitwoods and hardwoods. Our exclusive smoking process is slow and precise, which creates a natural cure to produce a rich and delicate smoked salmon.
Traditional Kendall Brook original smoked salmon is a special treat served alone or accompanied by our specially prepared mustard dill sauce. Pepper & Garlic Kendall Brook is a delicious companion product to the original. Seasoned with cracked pepper & garlic, it has a delightful spicy, sweet, and smoky flavour.
