Sterling White Halibut had the pleasure of inviting to the first ever Sterling Lunch last Thursday. Taking part in the event was about 50 cooperating partners, chefs and friends.
The Sterling Lunch was held at Kulinarisk Akademi in Oslo, were chefs from Kulinarisk Akademi under the guidance of Kari Innerå prepared a fabulous buffet consisting of various tasteful dishes made from the stunning Sterling White Halibut.
In addition to the fabulous buffet, there was an informal cooking competition where chefs and celebrities participated. The teams consisted of Marine Harvest CEO Åse Aulie Michelet and chef Charles Tjessem; Marine Harvest Communication Director Arne Hjeltnes and chef Geir Skeie; former ski star Vegard Ulvang and chef Frode Aga; and writer Christoper Sjuve and Barbeque-king Craig Whitson.
