Reference is made to the Stock Exchange notifications dated 9 and 10 February 2011 regarding the offer from Marine Harvest ASA to purchase shares from shareholders who, as of 8 February 2011, held less than 1,000 shares in Marine Harvest ASA.
The offer document will today, 14 February 2011, be sent by post to all eligible shareholders with known address and is also available on the company's webpage. The offered price is NOK 6.9837 per share and the offer is open for acceptance until 28 February 2011 at 17:30 CET.
