Reference is made to the Stock Exchange notifications dated 9 and 10 February 2011 regarding the offer from Marine Harvest ASA to purchase shares from shareholders who, as of 8 February 2011, held less than 1,000 shares in Marine Harvest ASA (the "Offer").
On 25 February 2011, Marine Harvest ASA has received acceptances for 22,082 shares from the eligible shareholders in the Offer. This brings the accumulated total of received acceptances to 258,042 shares since the commencement of the Offer. After this, Marine Harvest ASA owns 258,052 shares.
