Reference is made to the Stock Exchange notifications dated 9 and 10 February and 1 March 2011 regarding the offer from Marine Harvest ASA to purchase shares from shareholders who, as of 8 February 2011, held less than 1,000 shares in Marine Harvest ASA (the "Offer").
Marine Harvest ASA has received acceptances for further 8,005 shares from eligible shareholders in the Offer. This brings the accumulated total of received acceptances to 326,108 shares. After this, Marine Harvest ASA owns 326,118 own shares.
Final result of the Offer will be announced on or about 4 March 2011. Settlement will be made on or about 8 March 2011 to those shareholders who have accepted the Offer.
