Reference is made to the notice of 4 April 2011 regarding the issuance of 6,242,214 new shares at NOK 6.743 per share in connection with Marine Harvest's senior executive share price based incentive scheme.
The capital increase has been registered with the Company Registrar of Norway. Following the share issue, Marine Harvest has a share capital of NOK 2,685,855,407.25 consisting of 3,581,140,543 ordinary shares at par value of NOK 0.75. Each ordinary share in Marine Harvest has one vote in the Company's General Meeting.
