Attached please find the protocol from the Extraordinary General Meeting held 7 December 2010. The General Meeting unanimously resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 0.05 per share. The Marine Harvest share will be listed exclusive dividend on 8 December 2010 and the payment date for the dividend is 17 December 2010.
