Alvaro Jiminez, Managing Director of Marine Harvest
Chile, acquired 215 700 shares in Marine Harvest ASA at NOK 4.23 per share on the 14th August 2009. The purchase was made through his partly owned company Seminario International.
Jimenez holds 90% of the shares in Seminario International. After this purchase Seminario International holds 1 957 700 shares in Marine Harvest ASA.
