26 June 2008 Marine Harvest ASA extended forward contracts in Aker

Seafoods ASA relating to 5,800,353 shares, constituting 11.92% of the

outstanding shares, at NOK 48.34 per share. The expiration of the new

forward contract is 15 January 2009.
