The Board of Directors of Pan Fish ASA has in a Board meeting today, 29 June 2006, resolved to call for an extraordinary General Meeting on 14 July, 2006 to elect a new Board of Directors.
The nomination committee has nominated Mr Svein Aaser, CEO of DnB NOR ASA, as new Chairman of the Board.
The proposal to elect Mr Aaser as new Chairman is supported by Pan Fish's largest shareholders and support is already secured from a majority of the general meeting. The nomination committee expects that the nomination of the remaining directors will be ready during next week.
