Remuneration for the members of the Board is determined by the AGM based on a proposal from the Nomination Committee. The remuneration reflects the Board’s responsibility, expertise, time commitment and the complexity of the Group’s activities. The remuneration is not linked to the Group’s performance. All members of the Board, with the exception of the chairman, and the deputy chairman receive the same remuneration. The members of the Audit Committee receive separate additional remuneration. The fee paid to the members of the Board is fixed for each 12 month period (from AGM to AGM). The remuneration paid to members of the Board is disclosed in the Annual Report note 11.
