Medicines may be used for health and welfare reasons during the production cycle.
Each country in which we farm our fish produces a list of the medicines that are permitted for the treatment of farmed fish. No other medicines may be used. These medicinal treatments can only be applied under veterinary supervision by trained operatives and in accordance with legal requirements. We strictly observe the specified withdrawal periods and check for any residues before harvest.
