This is a statement of general guidelines but is not a replacement for one’s own ‘common sense’ and good judgment. The Statement of ethics applies to all employees worldwide and all members of the Board of Directors of Marine Harvest companies. For the listed holding company, Marine Harvest ASA, separate but complementary rules exist related to Norwegian law and rules for corporate governance.
